We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, property or service address, postcode, photographs you provide, quotation and job details, access information, communications, invoice and payment-status records, and any feedback or marketing preference you choose to give.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule and carry out work, keep job and safety records, issue invoices or receipts, handle questions or complaints, maintain accounting records and run the business. We may use job photographs for records and quality control. We only use photographs for marketing when the relevant permission has been given.
Our lawful reasons
Depending on the situation, we use personal information because it is needed to take steps before a contract or perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, pursue legitimate business interests such as administration and protecting legal rights, or because you have given consent.
